The natural oils from your sweat have been building up within the fibers of your athletic apparel, by double dosing, rank will penetrate into the fibers and extract those odour inducing oils. We also recommend soaking your apparel for 15-20 minutes before running it through the full cycle. Follow on washes can be the regular dose of 25ml. An estimated load consists of 6 shirts, 6 shorts and 6 pairs of socks per load

Yes. rank is compatible with all machines and is most effective when used in cold temperatures in a High Efficiency (HE) laundry machine. Less energy and less water is better for the environment!

Yes, rank will clean your natural fiber apparel, such as cotton or linen, but it is not recommended. Rank has been formulated specifically to remove odours from your synthetic athletic apparel. Synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon are hydrophobic which means it repels water allowing the natural oils from your sweat to cling and attach to the fibers. This is why it dries very quickly. rank contains special surfactants that are able to penetrate into the fiber and grab the oils to remove them from your garments. Natural fibers such as cotton or linen and hydrophilic which means it loves water and holds onto it as long as possible! Due to the fibers clinging onto the water the natural oils from your sweat cannot attach themselves and are naturally disposed of, and the oils that are able to attach themselves to the fibers are easily removed by regular detergents.

Yes, our refill pouches are recyclable, however we have created the Zero Waste Recycle Reuse program so you are able to return the pouches back to us to be reused. All you need to do mail back the pouch(s) to the address below; rank solutions PO Box 61226 1436 Kensington Rd NW Calgary Alberta T2N 3R0 It is best to send the pouches in a large letter envelope. you should be able to fit 4-5 pouches in one envelope, just ensure that the pouches are not stacked and the lids remain on. This is important as if the detergent leaks it will not make it back to our facility.
